We recently spoke at the Northeast Regional Carwash Convention in Atlantic City, NJ to the car wash industry. We covered theft prevention and known security issues around washes. We gave risk management options to help deter future problems.
All of the tips that we provide are used to help make an effective case against someone when you are victimized as well as prevention from the start. It is not only important to prevent, but to convict after you have been victimized. Otherwise statistics show that most criminals will continue their activities until caught. That could lead to another incident at the property or neighboring town.
By putting these preventative measures in place, it gives you a better chance of conviction when you are victimized. You then stop the crime cycle.
